Lust: Anthony Mundine
Sexiest man on my radar at the moment: middleweight champion boxer Anthony Mundine.
He was a former Rugby League player, a practicing Islamic and Aboriginal rights activist.
Now I never am usually attracted to men I've never met or seen in flesh, and most men that are considered particularly desirable (eg. Brad Pitt), I find rather mundane. But perhaps it is because I am pre-menstrual, or that I've suddenly realised that the male ideal of a thin, moody poet I had in my youth is no longer applicable, but the arrogance, power and self-assurance of well-built, ambitious masculinity suits me much more fittingly, judging by the strange heat between my legs every time I look at Mundine. So sexy!
But ofcourse that is what makes most Australians despise him, as opposed to his recent rival Green (whom he beat) - the quiet, blue-collar underdog. Green represents the Australian legend - laconic, easy-going, unassuming, hard-working. Meanwhile, Anthony "The Man/Mouth" Mundine is equivalent to the bragging self-promoting machismo of American culture.
I really don't care. Much to my boyfriend's annoyance.
